KNPC inaugurated the first solar petrol station, in collaboration with the Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC). The station was financed by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC). The production capacity of the station amounts to 50 kw/h, which is sufficient for operating the whole station at peak times. It is worth mentioning that the project paves the way for further phases, as work is underway for establishing a petrol station at Al-Zahraa area, which will be inaugurated in the coming weeks.
